    Creative Images Publishing and its subsidiaries including Worlde of Legends™ (collectively and hereinafter referred to as "CIP") strongly encourages parents/guardians and/or orther parental figures to spend time online with their children. 

    CIP feels strongly that visitors under 13 years of age should not submit, post, or otherwise communicate personal information to this website or any CIP affiliate or representative without the consent of their parent or guardian.

    CIP has adopted the following privacy policy regarding children.

• CIP will NOT collect, use, or distribute to third parties any information which is considered to be personally identifiable in nature without prior verifiable parental consent.

• In the event a visitor under the age of 13 wins a contest or promotion, all notification and prize(s), if any, will be sent to the parents/guardians identified in the initial registration process.
• CIP will NOT publish a contest or promotion prize winner's name or other personally identifiable information without parent/guardian consent if the winner is under 13 years of age.
